Sammy is blessed to be a momma to three beautiful children. Originally from Thunderchild First Nation SK but has called Edmonton her home for over 20 years. She has a passion for taking part in supporting Indigenous economic prosperity, loves the mountains and quiet time!

Sammy has been a part of the Indigenous entrepreneurial ecosystem on a provincial as well as a national levels for over 8 years. She joined Winfire Business Services LTD to manage the new Indigenous Women Entrepreneur Program, supporting Indigenous women through their entrepreneurial journey. In addition, Sammy’s role is to deliver business advisory services as well as entrepreneurial training not only to women but to any Indigenous entrepreneurs across Alberta.
